Just like suits, the best fitness programs are custom tailored.
Having the right plan is the best way to ensure you are getting better and moving in the right direction.
Random workouts might make you feel good, but following a plan allows you to progress towards your goals in the most efficient way.
Also a workout plan specific to your abilities and goals can give a confidence boost in the gym! You know exactly what you need to do and what equipment you need for it, so you don’t feel like you’re aimlessly walking around.
This workout plan will be individually customized to fit:
Your goals: A woman that wants a Bikini type physique should not train the same way as a Powerlifter.
Your desired level of commitment: It’s not worth the time and effort for everyone to aim for 100% maximum progression all the time. We will mostly focus on sustainable progress.
Your capabilities and possibilities: There is no point of making you a list of exercises that you wont have the equipment or skill to perform.
Your training experience: Advanced trainees usually need different stimuli than beginners for maximum progression
Your lifestyle: When planning your workouts we need to take into account how many days a week you can actually get to the gym.
After the purchase you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. I will use these answers to make the program as individualized to you as I can.
I can also add some nutritional and lifestyle recommendations if necessary.
This workout plan will be in English unless requested otherwise.
The plan usually takes up to 3 business days to create(after sending me the filled questionnaire).
